Information provided by our Collecting Friend, Ron Greene:
The Royal Casino Supply and Management Co. was operating by 1987. By 1992 it was established at the Billy Barker Inn, under the name of Royal Casino. The name was changed to the Billy Barker Casino between 1997 and 1999 While it was the Royal Casino it was using Vancouver Casino Supply chips with the word Vancouver painted over. I had a non-collecting friend pick up some chips for me on his way through Quesnel a couple of years ago. He didn't get the 50 cent pieces because they didn't say Billy Barker Casino on them.
