This was a casino set up for the 1967 World's Fair held in Montreal, Quebec
Info update provided by John Benedict... I contacted a group who are World's Fair collectors who
"specialize" in EXPO 67 material, and they are not aware of the chip. Infact, they do not believe there was a casino
during the fair, but rather after the fair.. and one believes that the casino chip design may have changed thru the years
