Casino Windsor and The Northern Belle casino ran simultaneously for a bit. The Northern Belle was needed while construction was being Completed
as there was not enough room to house all patrons at Casino Windsor while under construction. Once Casino Windsor was completed,
the Northern Belle was shut down.
